Refund policy

 

At Newarabia, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

However, we understand that sometimes plans change and you may no longer want or be happy with your purchase. In such cases, we are happy to offer an exchange or refund. To be eligible for an exchange or refund, the return must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date and the items must be in new and unused condition.

To return an item or initiate an exchange, please email sales@newarabia.co.uk with the subject "Returns" and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return. If you'd like to "exchange" please specify which size/colour/style you want to exchange it for.  Our team will email you with the return instructions. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage when returning items to avoid any issues related to lost packages. 

Please note that customers are responsible to ship the returned items within 14 days of receiving the return instructions. Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation email notifying you of a refund or exchange. WE DO NOT COVER RETURN LABELS/FEES FOR EXCHANGES/RETURNS.

For international orders, return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return labels.

Sale & Discounted Items Policy

Items purchased during a sale or at a discounted price are non-refundable. However, they may be exchanged for another item. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for covering all shipping costs associated with returning the item and sending the replacement.

 

EXCEPTIONS:

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price.
  • Items which have been worn, washed, or not in re-sellable condition.
  • Items which have been purchased in the wrong size in contrary to our consultation
  • Perfumes or perfume oils (attar/oud)

For defective or damaged products, please contact us to arrange a refund or exchange. Please email sales@newarabia.co.uk with the subject "Faulty" and include your order number, name, and attach supporting evidence of the fault. 

LOST OR STOLEN POLICY:

We are not held liable or responsible for stolen items.

(Once marked delivered on tracking number, we are not responsible for it)

If lost, we will file a claim immediately and if the claim is cleared we will arrange a refund. Do note that the claim takes some time to process and be cleared.
